Meet your Massage Therapist

Hello, I am Danielle Schilling, Licensed Massage Therapist #17546-146. I was raised on a farm outside Watertown, WI and continue to enjoy the homesteading aesthetic. My hobbies include gardening, reading, and spending time with my pets!

Graduating from the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy in June of 2024, I have learned several massage modalities including Relaxation and Trigger Point Therapy techniques. Whether you are looking for a break from the day or help in addressing a specific issue, we can work together to determine how I can best help you!

Thank you for including me on your Journey!

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, unfortunately we cannot accept insurance.

  • You are free to wear anything you choose! During the session, you may undress to a level that is comfortable to you. Rest assured knowing you will be fully draped throughout your session and only the area of your body being massaged will be uncovered.

  • In general, massage should not be a painful experience. Some discomfort may occur depending on the type of treatment you receive and if you have areas that are sore or achy. Even therapeutic (deep tissue) work should be completed at a level that feels therapeutically effective.

Each person has different tolerances and preferences. As a massage therapist, I want to make sure you get the most out of your time so please don't hesitate to communicate what feels effective for you at any point during your massage!

  • Depending on your goals- yes! Massage can be a great tool for relaxing the mind and body or easing tight muscles. Studies have found massage to increase circulation, improve sleep, reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, and more!

Depending on your massage goals, you may need more than one session. There are great benefits to a single massage, but even more with regular sessions. It could take an entire session to release the muscles in one area of the body, leaving other areas untreated. It's important to let your massage therapist know what you are seeking from your massage so we can work together to reach those goals.
